How It All Began
I started Pho Lao Vieng with my family. We opened our doors at 4767 E Olive Ave, Fresno, CA 93702, because we wanted to share the food we grew up with. Our recipes come from our parents and grandparents, passed down over time. Cooking has always been a part of who we are.
